Commissions

I Have been doing commissions for about a year now. I have done everything from a simple line art, all the way to a complex seasons changing 36" print with full backgrounds. It all depends on what YOU as the Purchaser wants, in regards to detail and size.

I have drawn/painted anything from Horses, to Humans. I specialize in Equine Digital Art, but that doesn't stop me. I'm not afraid of a challenge. The harder the project, the better I get. I do however have a few rules...

Rules

1. I will not and can not do any commissions that have characters already under their own © (Copyright) I.E. Disney, Dream works, Hasbro, etc. That is stealing a copyright, and not only myself, but you could be fined or sent to jail because of this. Be cautious!

2. I can NOT allow my art to be reproduced, or redistributed in any way shape or form without written consent of Me. (I am the artist, and I work very hard to keep a name for myself. I do NOT make my art so others can make a profit at my expense. If this were to happen. Legal action would be taken immediately with harsh consequences.)

3. Any individual commissioning me, will receive a written contract; by me, and must be read and taken seriously. The Buyer/Purchaser will adhere to any and all rules stated in said contract, unless written consent by Me states otherwise.

4. The Buyer/Purchaser does NOT have permission to display the artwork stated in said contract for the purposes of Role Play, Web Design, etc. unless stated otherwise in said contract, signed by the artist and Purchaser/Buyer.

Other than that...I am pretty open to commissions. I DO NOT like to make these rules, but I personally don't want to be taken to court, and I don't wish to fine someone for a silly RP game, or Web Design...
